I was particularly impressed with Lisa's customer service, as she was patient and kind, providing excellent assistance. The location is incredibly convenient, situated on the intersection of four dual carriageways. It's also close to the coast at Sunderland, making it a handy place to stay for beach lovers.

On-site facilities such as a Greggs, Subway, and Burger King provide convenience. Free parking is available, adding to the convenience for budget travellers.

One of the negative aspects mentioned by a guest is the poor water pressure in the showers.
